Gratitude is what I feel when I think of my 20-year career as a Biologist, Stewardship Coordinator, and Liaison to Indigenous Communities. My career journey has taken me down many paths where I have been able to learn, connect, and serve with many Indigenous communities and peoples.

I consider my purpose in this lifetime to be a Connecting Weaver. Weaving the elements by listening to the sounds of the wind through the trees, the Waters flowing over the stones and staying grounded upon the Earth and feeling the Fire in my heart.

I am also an herbalist and owner of Lulu’s Herbs where I offer plant medicines and teachings to all peoples, bringing the healing vision of the Land. My approach is to pay attention to what shows up, and listen to the wisdom of the plants.

I am full of gratitude to the Teachers that have shown up. I have been guided to follow the vision of the 13 Indigenous Grandmothers (https://www.grandmotherswisdom.org/). I am privileged to have worked alongside many First Nation elders to learn their ways. Teachers from the Maya tradition have also guided me along the way.

It is now time to spiral into my Celtic Ancestry.
