Time to BE

I

Indeed, this time of the year seems to hold a special liminal quality. As the trees around us stand bare and life has returned to the roots of the plants, so do we reconnect with the deep roots of ourselves. At this time, when all is stripped bare and there is certain clarity in the light, I find myself more connected than ever to my intuition, with many ideas and visions coming through for the way forward and many vivid dreams. A simple practice of a daily walk in nature, taking time to quiet the mind and observe for the guidance from nature can bring such peace and inspiration and really help to deepen our daily relationship with the land we live on.

I also realize we are never alone. If you open your eyes to truly see, see through your heart, THEY appear. This guardian was seen as we approached an ancient lone oak tree deep within a valley between the stones.

Walking along the moss laden rocks I also hear a sound that calls out to me. I am over here come see me and sit for awhile as I rush beneath your feet.

As the day draws to an end the splendour of it is carried into my sleep time where I integrate it all and clarity appears to how I can be of service to ALL.
Many blessings
Lorraine
